Your information.

Chris uses the information you share to answer requests, manage orders and RSVPs, and send emails you choose to receive.

What gets saved

A booking request saves the contact and event details you enter, including your selected dates, times, budget and notes. Event RSVPs and Cash Club signups save your name, email and the choices you make. Submission times and consent wording are recorded too.

Merch requests save your items, colors, sizes, quantities, name, phone number, email, and shipping address so Chris can contact you about the order. Song requests save your story, lyrics, and project preferences. Lesson requests save learning goals, availability, and contact details; a parent or guardian must be the contact for anyone under 18. Payment reports save a payer name and transaction reference. This site never asks for bank details, card numbers, or payment-account passwords.

Email choices

Cash Club signup is a separate, optional choice on booking and RSVP forms. Asking for a show reminder does not also sign you up for marketing. Cash Club emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also email cashclub@chriscashsings.com to leave the list. There is no SMS marketing signup.

Brevo manages Cash Club subscribers and email delivery. It records delivery results, unsubscribes and, where available, email opens and link clicks. Unsubscribing from Cash Club does not cancel an order, booking request or show reminder you requested.

Where it is stored

Hostinger hosts this website and stores submissions outside the public website files. Chris can review them through a password-protected admin area. Cash Club names, email addresses and subscription choices are also shared with Brevo. Hosting and email providers process information to run these services.

Information stays saved until removed, and backups may retain copies. Your network address is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions. Hosting services may also keep access and security logs. Links to Facebook, maps, videos and calendar services take you to those providers.

Choices on this device

Your browser remembers the music player’s settings and listening history, whether the Cash Club invitation was shown, dismissed or completed. Dismissing the invitation hides it for seven days on that browser.

You can remove these preferences by clearing this site’s browser storage. That does not delete a form submission already saved for Chris.

Your private order link

Save the private link shown after placing a request. It lets you return to the order summary and payment status. Anyone with that link can view the summary, so keep it private. Your address, contact information, and song story are not shown on the status page. Cart and form details are not saved in browser storage.

Change or remove your information

Email bookings@chriscashsings.com to ask Chris to correct or remove a submission, or cancel a show reminder. Use cashclub@chriscashsings.com for Cash Club subscription questions.
